Insightly Service allows Customer Service Agents to solve customer issues and identify common issues. With the Insightly Service mobile application, users can provide efficient customer service on the go with their mobile device(s).

How Does it Work?
Insightly provides a mobile application for both iOS and Android users. The mobile application has been designed as companion to the Insightly Service web application and therefore contains the majority of features that are available on the web application. Using the mobile application in conjunction with the web application creates a more cohesive and efficient experience.

Basic Navigation
Objects
Once logged into the Insightly Service mobile application, objects can be accessed by clicking the menu button in the upper left corner. This will expand the side menu to display available objects (both standard and custom). Tapping any object will the list view for that specific object.
Settings
One logged into the Insightly Service mobile application, settings can be access by clicking the menu button in the upper left corner. At the bottom of the expanded side menu, the logged in user is displayed and the cog wheel icon can be clicked to access the following settings:

Follow | Users can define what information is automatically followed. Various settings are available in the following categories:

Call Logging | Just like in the Insightly CRM mobile application, call logging is available to users of the Insightly Service mobile application. Call logging works the same for both the Insightly Service and the CRM mobile applications. |
Appearance | Users can define whether to use Dark Mode or not. |
Account | General account information is available for review in this section. Users can also download their account reference data, clear cached data, and log out of the mobile application if necessary. |
Help & Feedback
Once logged into the Insightly Service mobile application, multiple help and feedback options are available to users. These options can be access by clicking the menu button in the upper left corner; at the botton of the expanded menu, clicking the question mark icon will display the Help & Feedback screen. From this screen, users can access the Insightly help library as well as submit a review or suggestion.
Objects
Objects (both standard and custom) are available in the Insightly Service mobile application by clicking the menu button in the upper left corner. Along with the global search bar available within the expanded menu, each object has its own search bar available to search specific object records.
Home
The Home object displays dashboards that have been created via the Insightly Service web application; dashboards will display based on applied user permissions. All dashboards and dashboard cards available on the Insightly Service web application are accessible within the mobile application although, all dashboard cards are read only when utilizing the mobile application.
Tickets
The Ticket object displays tickets that have been submitted for Customer Service Agents to handle. The display of this object can be customized using filters and sorting in order to view necessary information at any given time. Tasks
The Tasks object displays various list views of tasks. The display of this object can be customized using filters and sorting in order to view various different list views of tasks. Users can also choose to display tasks as a list view or a compact view by tapping the display option button in the upper right of the Tasks object. Contacts
The Contacts object displays all contacts within a user's Insightly Service account - these records are individual people that have been added as opposed to an organization. The display of this object can be customized using filters and sorting in order to view various different list views of contacts. Organizations
The Organization object displays all organizations within a user's Insightly Service account; as opposed to contacts which are individual people, these records are businesses. The display of this object can be customized using filters and sorting in order to view various different list views of organizations.
