Search Workflow Lists and Object Lists
A new search bar has been added to workflow lists and objects lists. These search bars are located in the upper right of the list of objects in System Settings > Objects and Fields and in the upper right of the list of workflows in System Settings > Workflow Automations. This improvement allows admins to use keywords to find their favorite workflows or objects instead of combing through their entire account’s list of workflow automations or automations.

Added ‘Any’ Field as a Dashboard Filter Option
When setting filters within a data set, you may now allow results that have at least one of the selected values present. Select the Any option in multiselect dropdown when adding a filter.

Emails and Email Templates Merge Tags
Historically, when inserting a merge tag in an Insightly Marketing email or email template, the merge tag was identified by double brackets before and after the merge tag (for example, {{ProspectFirstName}}). With an enhancement to the designer tool used in Insightly Marketing, when merge tags are used in emails and email templates, they will now display with a dotted blue border around the entirety of the merge tag.

Full-Screen View of Static Lists from the Prospects Tab
When a user visits the Prospects tab in a static list and clicks the Prospects hyperlink, they will be directed to the full-screen list view. This screen will now display 50 records per page.
Insightly Service
External Link Count for Knowledge Articles
The read only field, External Link Count, displays the total count of external links within the article being viewed. This link count includes any external inks within an article that begin with //, https://, or http://; links to individual sections within an article (relative links) are not included in the External Link Field. This field is available for use in custom list views and filters.

Number Counts Displayed on Ticket Tabs
When reviewing a ticket’s Public Replies and Internal Notes, each tab will display the number of events that have occurred. This applies to the following tabs: All Notes, Public, Private, and Audit Log.
