Search Added to Field List

Administrators can now search for specific fields using the search bar added to the object field lists located in System Settings > Objects and Fields > Object Fields. Lists can be searched using a minimum of two characters. The list can also be refreshed using the refresh icon located to the right of the search bar.

‘Updates to Queue Records’ Notification

Insightly administrators can now enable the Updates to Queue Records when editing a queues' details. Enabling this setting will send an email to members of the queue receive each time a record in the queue is updated.

Previously, queues were only available for tickets in Insightly Service. Insightly CRM users can now create queues for leads.

Top Down Filter Now Available for Search

When using Insightly’s global search bar, users can now filter results down further than previously by using the dropdown located on the left-hand side of the search bar, which is labeled All. Use this dropdown to select a specific object to filter the search results by, including the results that appear as you type.

Dashboard and Dashboard Card Enhancements

Dashboard and dashboard card functionality has been enhanced with the below functionality for all Insightly products where dashboards are available:
- Dashboards can now be printed by clicking the Actions button while viewing a dashboard and selecting the Print This Dashboard option. Subsequently, the Print this Dashboard option can also be selected by clicking the three dot menu of a dashboard in the Dashboard object’s list view. Once the print option is selected, the dashboard will open in a new window to display a print preview with the dashboard’s cards displayed at their largest size. The browser’s print dialog will be available to define applicable printing settings.
- Search functionality has been added to the Dashboard object. Both dashboards and dashboard cards can be searched by dashboard or card name or card type. The search value is required to be at least two or more characters.

The Audit Log tab within ticket records will now record SLA reminder email notifications, SLA violations, and SLA escalation emails.

New Ticket Filter Field: Ticket Age in Days

The filter field Ticket Age in Days has been added to tickets in Insightly Service. The field can be used as a list filter and can be used as a column in ticket list views and reports. This field displays the age of any given ticket in days, calculated from the time the ticket was created to the current time.

Applying an SLA to a Ticket Will Now Be Recorded in the Audit Log Tab

The Add Comment To Ticket action has been removed from the Insightly connector within AppConnect. To perform this action, users will now use the Create Entity action and select the Ticket Comment object type.

Sync User’s Time Zone in AppConnect with Time Zone in CRM

When a new user is added to AppConnect, their time zone will correspond with the time zone they selected in their User Settings within Insightly CRM. If the user’s time zone is later updated within CRM, their time zone will also be updated in AppConnect.
