Number of Tags Displayed Limit Update

The number of tags that can appear in a record’s tag index is now limited to 100. If the number of tags exceeds 100, the Show All Tags hyperlink will appear at the bottom of the tag list. Clicking this link will display all tags.

The following file attachment types will be blocked for security reasons:
.ade, .adp, .apk, .appx, .appxbundle, .bat, .cab, .chm, .cmd, .com, .cpl, .diagcab, .diagcfg, .diagpack, .dll, .dmg, .ex, .ex_, .exe, .hta, .img, .ins, .iso, .isp, .jar, .jnlp, .js, .jse, .lib, .lnk, .mde, .msc, .msi, .msix, .msixbundle, .msp, .mst, .nsh, .pif, .ps1, .scr, .sct, .shb, .sys, .vb, .vbe, .vbs, .vhd, .vxd, .wsc, .wsf, .wsh, .xll
An error message will appear when an attempt to attach these files has been made. This feature is applied to:
- Email messages converted into a email record
- Customer ticket submissions through the portal
- Ticket comments added in Service
- Ticket comments received through an email

With validation rules, administrators can write formulas to verify that certain conditions are met before records are saved. When configuring lead management settings, administrators can enable Insightly to automatically run and verify the validation rules for a lead before they are converted into an opportunity.

When adding a product to a price book, users can navigate to a product record and select Add Product to Price Books from the Actions dropdown. Additionally, users can navigate to a price book record and select Add Products to Price Book from the Actions dropdown.
