About

Advanced reporting for leads can be useful for users that need to gather and review lead-related data. These reports can have filters applied to capture specific information regarding leads.

Fields and Filters

The Report Fields section displays fields that can be added to the report being viewed. These fields can be dragged and dropped to both the Report Filters and Parameters section and the report's Preview Grid. The fields displayed in this section are the same fields available when Add a Filter Row is clicked in the Report Filters and Parameters section.

Filters can be applied to reports either by using quick filters or by adding basic filters. When two or more filters are added to a report using both "and"/"or" boolean operators, it's important to understand how the filter logic will be applied to ensure that the report will display the necessary information.

Lead Stage Duration Report

The Lead Stage Duration Report is a specialized report that helps you understand how your Leads are progressing by tracking how long they spend in each pipeline stage. This report displays each Lead you've had in the past quarter, which stages they have been in, and how many days they spent in each stage.

You will also be able to review the Date and Time each stage started, Stage Name, and which user changed the stage. Pipeline Name will always appear as "Lead Status," though it will not be available as a filter option.

To view the report:

  1. Go to Reports > Standard Reports > Lead Reports.

  2. Select Lead Stage Duration Report.

  3. By default, the Lead Stage Duration Report shows all Leads this quarter and is grouped by Full Name. You can modify the report template that's provided to create your own versions of the report. The Lead Standard Fields and Custom Fields have been incorporated to allow users to apply filters based on Lead fields in these reports.

  4. When you're finished, click Save. Alternatively, you can run the report and then save.
