Add-Ons section added to Company Settings

A new "Add-ons" section has been introduced under System Settings > Company Settings to include the plan limit add-ons for record limits, storage limits, custom fields, dashboard cards, and more, alongside the existing marketing prospects add-on and dedicated IP address add-on.

Account Cancelation Process Improvement

We’ve improved the instance cancellation request process. Now, when a customer with a NetSuite subscription submits a cancellation request, they will need to provide a reason for cancellation and a phone number to help streamline the process. Once submitted, the user will receive a confirmation message letting them know that someone will reach out to them soon.

Notification System Enhancements

We've enhanced the in-product notification system. When a new in-product notification is received, the user will see an indicator displaying the number of pending notifications. The pending notification counter will increase up to a maximum of 9. Any notifications received beyond that will be displayed as "9+".Once the user opens the notifications pane, the indicator will be cleared, and the pending notification counter will reset to zero.

Email Reply Generation using AI

We’re introducing a feature that allows users in Insightly CRM to request an AI-generated reply to their email conversations, saving time and energy in continuing personalized, professional communications. With the options to re-generate, edit, copy, or have the content populated in your draft reply, applying this capability to your normal workflow couldn’t be easier.

The feature can be managed through System Settings by both administrators and users with specific permissions. It is designed to help CRM users better serve their clients by providing a quick reply option to advance conversations while also providing the flexibility to edit and modify responses as needed. This feature is available for all pricing plans.
