Product updates
Price Books - Change Standard and Custom Price Books Currency: Users can now edit the currency of Standard and Custom Price Books after they have been created. Changing the currency of the Standard and Custom Price Books will not change the values of any of the prices within those Price Books. Learn more.
Marketing Reports - Email Total Opens Report: Added a new report to Insightly Marketings that provides details for every open for an Email. This report can be accessed by clicking on the Total Opens number under Email statistics tab. Learn more.
Marketing Reports - Email Total Clicks Report: Added a new report to Insightly Marketing that lists every click recorded for a given email. This report is useful for manually reviewing Email click activity to visually determine how many may have come from Bots. This report can be accessed by clicking on the Total Clicks number in the Email performance report. Learn more.
Organizations - Quickly Email Contacts: Added a new button in the Related tab of Organization records. This button, located in the related Contact’s grid, gives users the ability to quickly email all Contacts linked to the Organization record. The Contact email template is the default and only template available. Learn more.
Audit Logs - Prospects added to a Static List: Any Prospects added to a Static List will now appear in Audit Logs, including the date, time, and user that added the Prospect to the List or removed the Prospect from the List. Learn more.
