Insightly Copilot
Insightly Copilot is now live for Enterprise Plan customers. Copilot brings conversational intelligence, generative AI, and contextual CRM insights directly into Insightly helping teams get answers, take action, and automate work using simple natural-language prompts.
Admins can enable Copilot by navigating to System Settings › Product Settings > AI Features › Copilot.
To manage granular Copilot Access, a checkbox is available allowing admins to enable or disable Copilot on a per-user basis. This setting can be managed by navigating to System Settings > Platform Tools > Copilot
This gives administrators full control over Copilot availability across their organization.

- Smart Contact Insights
Instantly surface contact details, communication history, and key relationships. - AI-Powered Communication
Generate personalized emails, follow-ups, and outreach templates tailored to each contact. - Instant Search & Analysis
Ask questions like “Which opportunities are expected to close this quarter?” and get real-time insight—no reports or exports needed. - Conversational Record Management
Create or update contacts, leads, opportunities, and tasks using everyday language.

Email Threading
Email Threading is now available for CRM users who are using Email Sync feature and can be accessed in the Threaded Emails list view. This feature groups related messages into a single conversation, making it easier to follow context, track communication, and avoid searching through individual email records.
Highlights:
- Unified Thread View: See all related messages in one organized conversation.
- Permission-Safe Threads: Threads only appear if you have access to at least one message.
- Improved Navigation: Quickly move between individual emails within the thread.
- Related Item Links: Add links to related records from the Related tab of individual emails.
