Insightly Classic is the old version of Insightly. It's not available to new accounts. Users on Insightly Classic can switch over to the latest version.
You can edit a milestone to change the milestone's name, the person who it's assigned to, and the due date. When editing the due date, you can have Insightly update the due dates for future milestones and their related tasks.
To edit a milestone:
- Click the pencil icon next to the milestone name.
- Enter a new name, select a new responsible user, or edit the date.
- When editing the date, click the checkbox options to automatically update future milestones and their related tasks. These options will shift the due dates of the items by the same number of days as your date change for the current milestone.
- Click Save milestone to make the updates.
