A new section called 'Portal Reports' is being introduced within Service Reporting. This enhancement is designed to provide customers with robust reporting tools, allowing them to delve into portal activities more comprehensively.

Portal Reports Folder

The Portal Reports folder consists of three reports, each set with the default filters "Default Portal" and "This Quarter." Additionally, users have the flexibility to incorporate Custom and Standard Contact or Organization fields as needed.

Portal Contact Article View Report

The Portal Contact Article View Report can be used to review details regarding articles that each portal contact has viewed. By default, the report displays the following fields: 

  • Article Title
  • Article Viewed Date
  • Portal Name
  • Contact First Name
  • Contact Last Name

Portal Contact Signup Report

The Portal Contact Signup Report can be used to review details regarding contacts that have registered for a portal login. By default, the report displays the following fields: 

  • Contact First Name

  • Contact Last Name

  • Contact Login Email Address

  • Portal Name

  • Portal Signup Date

Portal Contact Vote Report

The Portal Contact Vote Report can be used to review details regarding articles that each portal contact liked or disliked. By default, the report displays the following fields: 

  • Contact First Name

  • Contact Last Name

  • Object Type

  • Object Title

  • Portal Name

  • Vote Type

  • Vote Date
