We're excited to share that the Insightly CRM Mobile App has undergone a major technical upgrade - rebuilt in Flutter to deliver faster performance, improved reliability, and a consistent experience across Android and iOS devices.
While this change sets the stage for a stronger, more scalable mobile platform, a few existing features will be temporarily unavailable during the transition. These functionalities are being reworked for full compatibility with the new Flutter framework and are scheduled to return in a future update.

Auto-Update Notice
The new app will automatically replace the current version via the App Store and Google Play Store for users with auto-updates enabled. If you prefer to update on your own schedule, you can disable automatic app updates in your device settings before the release.

The updated mobile app continues to support all your key CRM workflows, including:
Contacts & Organizations: View, edit, and create new records on the go.
Opportunities: Track deals, update stages, and manage pipelines.
Tasks & Leads: Manage to-dos, due dates, and priorities.
Projects & Pipelines: Keep project progress and milestones visible anywhere.
Calendar: Access your Insightly calendar and upcoming activities.
Emails: View and log emails to contacts, leads, and opportunities.
Help & Feedback: Quickly access help articles or contact support.
Standard & Custom Objects: Full mobile access to both standard CRM objects and custom fields.
Sorting, Grouping & Tags: Easily organize and filter lists.
Notifications: Stay updated on key activity alerts.
Mobile App will receive notifications if settings are configured from Web App.
Settings: Manage your preferences and app configuration.
Custom Buttons: Allows users to perform specific actions quickly

Why These Changes Are Happening
The new Flutter-based app framework modernizes our entire mobile experience — allowing faster updates, consistent cross-platform design, and future integrations with Insightly Copilot and enhanced CRM analytics.
To make that possible, certain legacy components needed to be rebuilt from the ground up. Rather than delay the entire release, we're rolling out the core functionality now and will progressively restore additional features in a future update.
